At eAutosvoxBroker, LLC, we provide you with Overnight delivery or ground shipping anywhere in the world with a convenient drop off at our counter. You have alternative choices such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, Priority, Express Mail, Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS), as well as other carriers. We will insure your item and track it all the way to its destination.
Packaging
Expert service, meticulous care, and quality packaging materials are all part of each store’s packaging service. When we package an item for you we stand behind it if there is a problem. Our stores know how to protect fragile items and electronic equipment. During the holiday shipping season and special occasions we take the needed steps to be sure your items make it through carrier handling with strong cartons and plenty of bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or support braces if needed.
Free Shipping For Buyers
- All orders over $999 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S and Canada
- For orders of $999 of less, the shipping is calculated for the entire order within contiguous 48 U.S. and Canada
- For orders shipping to Mexico, South America and Caribbean or overseas, please contact us for price quote.

Our Pack & Ship Guarantee
If a participating location packs your item and ships it via consignment Services® and that item is damaged or lost in transit, you’ll be reimbursed:
- The item’s value
- The full retail price you paid for packaging materials and services
- Your cost for shipping (excluding Declared Value charges).
If you do not declare the value of the item at the time of the transaction and purchase Declared Value for that amount, your maximum reimbursement for the item’s value is $100.
The Pack & Ship Guarantee applies to packages:
- Packed by The eAutosvoxBroker, LLC Store associates, and using only new materials purchased at a participating location.
- Shipped, by The eAutosvoxBroker, LLC Store location that packed it, via eAutosvoxBroker, LLC on that center’s eAutosvoxBroker, LLC account to any domestic or international destination serviced by eAutosvoxBroker, LLC.
The Pack & Ship Guarantee does not apply to:
- Customer-packed packages
- Items packed in materials provided free-of-charge by any carrier
- Items excluded or restricted from transportation by eAutosvoxBroker, LLC or in violation of the eAutosvoxBroker, LLC Terms and Conditions of Service
